Qi, Energy and Health Coaching Program - 8 weeks

A modern sedentary work culture and urban lifestyle pushes us to make unhealthy choices that sooner or later take a toll on our physical and mental health. More and more people suffer from obesity, metabolic syndrome, burnout, fatigue, back pain, neck pain, high blood pressure, insomnia, depression and anxiety.

This modern epidemic of busyness and overabundance of information makes it challenging to navigate the contradictory wellness world and to implement lasting changes to one’s routine. 

8 weeks Qi, Energy and Health Coaching is unique opportunity to work with me to identify solutions to boost your Qi, energy, enhance your health, improve productivity and find your balance.

This is an individualized custom health coaching 101 with an emphasis on Qigong, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and energy arts. I will evaluate your daily routine and based on your goals, I will help you find health hacks and solutions to achieve them.

I will cover nutrition, meditation, Qigong, breathing techniques, yoga, mindfulness and general health hacks and will identify what works best for you and how to make lasting changes to your health. After 8 weeks you will have your own routine to enhance your energy, improve digestion, increase mental capacity, improve sports performance and achieve desired weight among others. On average it takes about 5-10 sessions to start implementing long lasting changes but your work will continue beyond our program. Working with me is only a beginning of your wellness journey.

Sessions are conveniently conducted via Zoom.
